How many servings can I expect per cake?
Servings will vary depending on the size of the slice you cut and the type of pizza cake you order.
However, we’ve listed our general guidelines below:

• The 12” round Must Have Meat; Look Mom, I’m Eating My Veggies; and Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger serve approximately 10-12.
• The 12” round Back to the Basics serves closer to 8-10 without toppings. Adding toppings means you can decrease the slice size as the cake gets richer and denser.
• The 12” Pizza Brownie Supreme serves approximately 10-12 normal dessert eaters. It serves approximately 1-2 chocoholics! Actually, the brownie is so richly decadent, you can probably get a few more slices for your money.
• The 12” Bugs serves approximately 12-14 entomologists. It’s very rich.
  

What ingredients are used in your cakes and toppings?
While we don’t like to give away all our secrets, we strive to use the highest quality chocolate complemented with the usual butter, eggs and sugar. Unfortunately, this means our cakes and toppings aren’t calorie or fat free. But some things are worth it.

Can you ship to me?
Of course! You’ll have the opportunity to include your shipping information in our shopping cart.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship overnight during the warm weather. During cold weather, we reserve the right to ship either ground or overnight depending on the location and outside temperature. You, as the buyer, agree to pay all applicable shipping and handling costs.

All shipping costs calculated within the online shopping cart are for the contiguous 48 states only. If you need to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Internationally, please contact us for further information.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
All orders placed Sunday through Wednesday 12:00 NOON EASTERN TIME will be shipped Thursday the same week. If the cake is going overnight, you can expect your cake on Friday. All orders placed Wednesday 12:00 NOON EASTERN TIME through Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. If the cake is going overnight, you can expect your cake on Tuesday. If you’re ordering for a future event and you have a particular date you’d like the cake delivered, please note that date in the Special Instructions box within the online shopping cart. If you have a rush order, PLEASE CALL. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

I live in the Cincinnati area… can I pick up my cake?
For our customers in the Cincinnati area, we’re pleased to offer “pick-up” service at the Hyde Park location of Busken Bakery (see address below). We at My Pizza Cake are very proud of our new partnership with Busken Bakery, a Hall of Fame Bakery of Cincinnati and a “Best Of” on the Food Network. Founded in 1928 by the Busken family, the bakery is still family owned and operated today.

If you wish to pick up your cake at this Busken Bakery location, please note your preferred date of pick up in the Special Instructions box during the My Pizza Cake Online Shopping Cart check out process. My Pizza Cake will drop off your cake at Busken where it will be waiting for you. Upon arrival, simply tell one of the great Busken clerks that you’re there to pick up a My Pizza Cake.

All payments for My Pizza Cake products still need to be made either through the My Pizza Cake Online Shopping Cart or by calling My Pizza Cake at 1-877-891-CAKE. Busken will not be equipped to accept your payment. While you’re in their store, however, you must pick up one of their famous “Smile Face” cookies. They are as legendary as they are tasty!
